Affiliate Terms and Conditions

The Hai Academy Affiliate Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over. To join you must give your full name, a working email address, your Facebook account, a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID, and a Maribank or Maya account in your own name for payouts.

The details you give must be true and your own. Hai Academy may verify your identity before paying any commission and may refuse or close an affiliate account that uses false or someone else's information.

When a student enrolls in a Hai Academy program using your affiliate code (typed at checkout or through your share link), you earn a commission of 20% of the amount the student actually paid, after any discounts.

Commission is earned only once the student's payment has been confirmed by Hai Academy. No commission is due on payments that are rejected, refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent; commission already credited on such payments may be deducted.

You cannot earn commission on your own enrollment — using your own code is not allowed. Each enrollment counts for one code only.

Hai Academy may change the commission rate for future enrollments; the rate shown on this page applies at the time of the enrollment.

Commission is paid to the Maribank or Maya account you registered. You are responsible for giving correct account details; Hai Academy is not responsible for payments sent to an account you entered incorrectly.

Payouts are made periodically on a schedule set by Hai Academy. You can see your referrals, commission and payouts in your affiliate dashboard.

You are responsible for any taxes due on the commission you receive.

Promote Hai Academy honestly. Do not make claims about the programs, prices, certificates or results that are not true or not on our website, and do not present yourself as an employee or official representative of Hai Academy or Hai English.

Do not spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, use fake accounts or reviews, or post your code on coupon or discount sites. Do not run paid ads that use the Hai Academy or Hai English name without our written permission.

You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. Hai Academy may suspend or end your affiliate code at any time, including for breaking these terms; commission earned on confirmed payments before that, and not affected by section 2, will still be paid.

Hai Academy may change these terms. Continuing to use your code after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We use the information and ID you give us only to run the affiliate program — to verify your identity, pay your commission and contact you — in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. Your ID is visible only to authorized Hai Academy staff.
