Terms of Use

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to enroll.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrolling in a program requires payment in full, either online or by uploading proof of a manual transfer for admin review. Access to lesson content begins once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with anyone else.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course materials.
• Submit essays or complete quizzes on another student's behalf.
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Course content and intellectual property

All slides, readings, quizzes, and other course materials are owned by Hai Academy and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after your enrollment. You may download materials for your own study but may not redistribute them.

5. Certificates

A certificate is issued once you complete every lesson in a program (pass the quiz and submit all essays for each). We reserve the right to review, re-release, or revoke a certificate — for example if we find it was issued in error or in connection with a breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hai Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
