Refund Policy

1. 7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment payment being confirmed, provided you have not yet opened any lesson in the course.

2. Once a lesson is opened

Once you've opened your first lesson, the enrollment is considered started and is no longer eligible for a refund. This reflects that our lesson content (slides, readings, quiz questions) is fully unlocked and downloadable from the first lesson onward.

3. How to request a refund

Email haienglishtraining@gmail.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (or by bank/GCash transfer for manual payments) within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-refundable situations

• Any lesson in the course has already been opened.
• A certificate has already been issued for the course.
• The request is made after the 7-day window.

5. Consultant-referred enrollments

If an enrollment made with a consultant's referral code is refunded, any commission recorded for that referral is reversed.
